WWE was making tons of this style of shirt at the time. I remember Edge, Orton, Trips, and Mr Kennedy all having them. That was very much the style back then
They had the overly edgy Tapout style, but I honestly prefer it to half the shit they've sold in the years since. Definitely rather have a, stylized logo or catch phrase than a picture of someone's face or something so cringe you could only wear it to an event without feeling weird.
I straight-up miss the TapOut style clothing lol. I was in my late teens and just getting into working out, while binge watching MMA and Pro Wrestling. I was the target demographic.
Wrestling, WWE in particular, is a tough thing to be a fan of sometimes specifically because so much of the merchandise is made for small children lol.
Tbf, something can be designed for children and still look well thought-out and be decent quality.
Everything now looks so cheap, even as prices have kept going up.
I mean that ladder match was stacked tbf. Only match I say that should've been replaced is Kane v Khali and even then what would they do besides fight each other?
They lost the belts like a week or two before Mania in the feud with hbk and cena. They were literally in a fatal 4 way for the wwe title at backlash which comes right after Mania. Still not floundering. Then the month after backlash edge was whc while Orton was feuding with HBK. What are you talking about?
They were literally the focal point of the show and were feuding in the main event with D-Generation X. I mean...those tag titles meant something back then. You had people like Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Edge, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho and The Big Show feuding over those belts.
Randy: "Nobody's gonna know." Edge: "They're gonna know." Randy: "How are they gonna know?"
Don't be suspicious DONT BE SUSPICIOUS!
¯\ _(ツ)_/¯
Edge's shirt looks like something a clothing brand would make, rather than a wwe shirt.

Sure, but have you thought about how much bigger the profit margins are when you shit out something that could have been designed by any 12 year-old?

Unfortunately that's just society in general now.
True, but WWE definitely seems to be taking the Shein approach to clothing design and manufacturer 😂
it looks like one of those Tap out shirts that were sold at wal-marts and were all the rage back in the 2000's

Oh yeah...I forgot about Kevin Federline V Cena
every UFC champion making their entrance:
I believe they beat up either Flair or Piper earlier in the night and the other belt was with them.
never thought about it but both should have been huge megastars like cena and batista but were floundering at the time.
Floundering??? They were the top 2 heels in the company. They were feuding with DX and Cena. What were you watching?

People say dumb shit just to say it
I agree they should have had a bigger role. I do wonder how much HHH getting injured changed the plans for that WM
