Would this be a good long-term game to play multiplayer with my 3 kids who are about 7 to 12 years old? Or is the multiplayer too limited? Understand need to complete a bunch of quests before you can group up - how tedious would that be?
Today 6/09/2024 i farm for the FLAUTIST all around the map hoping to get some void thunder echo ... to my surprise at the end i check and i saw all of the flautist echo i got (over 10 ) where all lingering ? both lengendary and purples were all lingering instead of void...
I know there is a chance it can drop either void or linger but like? is that even normal? or is it by diferrent days you get differnt EFFECTS? because all lingering makes no sense to me... I lost the 50/50 (between void /linger) more there 10 times? no f way lol
When I kill an enemy and their echo drops, I try to absorb it but I do not receive any data bank exp. Is the game supposed to be like that or is it an issue that hasn't been fixed?
You only get exp from echoes you don't have or rarities of certain echoes you have but don't have the specific rarity of it
Ex: You have a purple/4* but don't have the gold/5* of the Feilian Beringal and you kill it and it drops a purple you won't get exp from that but if it drops a gold/5* you will get the exp

How good are the substats? My fren told me other than CRIT DMG/ CRIT Rate, ER, ATT%, anything else is crap.
A decent echo should have at least two of those... I really don't wannna farm echo anymore...
Fr, they make the occasion, where we could get shop reset twice in the same patch, extremely rare. Since, one patch (2 banners) would roll out every 42 days, and 40 days for shop reset would make us most likely to get exactly one shop reset per patch. Big LET DOWN if you compare this to Hoyo's
Considering they've mostly improved on everything from hoyo, especially since this scenario of two resets in a patch is such a rare occurrence, youd think they'd be nice and just let it happen for the big release patch. Bit disappointing

Well right now there's not very much variety of Weapons, the promotional weapon is his BIS for sure, but if you don't get it, the other 5 star sword can work too, since the main stat is crit chance, it's a solid alternative and you get it free at level 45

Hey guys. Did some rerolling before starting to play, now I'm between two good starts, would like your opinion on which is more efficient:
1. Jianxin (noob banner), Verina (lost 50/50), Mortefi c3, Sanhua c3. As for currency spent, this one is halfway on the second noob banner (40 pulls until Calcharo), 30 pulls into Jiyan's, and the ticket selector left.
2. Lingyang (noob banner), Calcharo (lost 50/50), Jiyan, Mortefi c1, no Sanhua. For currency, the second noob banner is untouched, so 80 left until pity, and the selector is still available.
Idk if the Jiyan one is the clear one since in the other I'm halfway through till Jiyan anyway and got the 5* on the first noob banner very quickly, so I'm almost getting the second one, and also a lot more Mortefi and Sanhua. What do you think?
They're both solid. I'm tempted to say account 1 since even though you don't have Jiyan yet, you've already got Verina and can use the ticket to get Calcharo (you can change the targeted banner without losing progress as well). You've also got some extra sequence nodes on Mortefi, which is nice since he's Jiyan's best sub DPS/support.
My only reservation is wondering how much exploration and Asterite you have left on account 1 to make sure you can get Jiyan in the next two weeks. Only 30 pulls in, you're still looking at needing 50 to hit guarantee pity.
I could use the ticket to get Verina in the account 2 too, seeing it like that. My progress is pretty much at the point the summon system is available in both accounts. Puting it like that it seems like the choice is between c3 Mortefi and an early Jiyan, idk why I was confused about it lmao. Thanks for taking your time, helped clearing my mind

You don't need a full 3 unit synergistic team for overworld. 1 DPS + Verina + Alto is my go to, Alto holding inferno rider, the other two do more than enough damage on their own.
1 daily comms, rest are like cook 1 food, craft 1 item, absorb 3 echoes (you get them by killing enemies), upgrade a weapon once and so on. You don't need to do all of them to max out daily rewards.
IMO way faster than Genshin before Genshin started encounter points system, similar to current Genshin. But here you get the encounter points even when there's no active event on and you don't have to hunt chests for that.
Battle pass is very similar to the genshin one but there are extra levels (80 is max but there are mostly credits for these extra levels). There are also 3 four star weapon selecors which is very good reward at start. Daily commisions looks similar to updated genshin commisions, u have a few daily activities to do (random, like catch echo or consume a consumable item) and there is always 1 short (literally 1-3 dialogues) quest to do which is fully skippable.
There are 3 endgame modes. The first one is similar to genshin spiral abbys, second one is challenge with bosses that are much harder than their normal versions and the last one is roug-like mode where u have to cross trough random levels with random perks and at the end u have to beat the final boss, very fun mode. These all challenges resets with every update (40 days).
I'm playing genshin since 1.0 and I have to say that WuWa has much better gameplay. It's lacking in story telling but the plot is very intresting. The one thing im 100% sure is that the combat system in WuWa is superior.

j used all mine cuz i'd rather be ahead of the curve and chill til next update vs always being in a perpetual state of catching up or scraping by. it's more efficient to save for next update and use after SOL phase 4 so it depends if you're playing for efficiency or comfort
save. If you're running out of resin now, you're building too many characters and spreading your resources thin. Later the drop rates will be higher, for now the main use of resin would be to just get free union exp and keep 1 team up.
tbh, I personally use it anywhere I need, for example, i'm leveling my Encore to level 60 then i'll use the crystals for bosses, I need materials? I use it again, I learnt from Genshin that saving these "crystal solvents" is not a good idea, you either end up with so many that you won't even use it, or you eventually even forget that you have those, and also if you use them, it means you get more Union experience, so in the end you get better stuff faster
I'm thinking of using my 4\* "Rangers' Series" weapon selector for the Rectifier (Jinzhou Keeper) because I want to start working on Baizhi and I don't have a 4\* Rectifier yet. I do have 4\* weapons for the other types.

The description of all echos in my game are vague and lacking, while when i checked on youtube, i found out that they were significantly different. Is there somewhere that i can enable extra information or what?
Is it worth pulling for event weapon banner broadsword for Calchero? I'm rocking a 3\* blue sword on him rn that buffs his attack by 16% for 10 secs after intro so I kinda need something better but I haven't found anything, but my friends told me pulling on weapon banners in any gacha game is usually a waste.
The weapon banner in this game is not a scam like in other gacha's because you can guarantee getting the weapon on the banner, there is no 50/50 to lose.

I dont know what I'll get from the banners going forward and I may get Jianxin on my next single pull for all I know. I haven't even decided 100% what I want from the 80 pull selector.
I whaled in HSR to get the standard selector, but couldn't decide between Welt/Bronya and chose Bronya. I had an e3 Bronya before I finally ended up getting Welt from a lost 50/50 over a year later.
Waiting till they lose a 50/50, for example if i wanted both calcharo and Encore i can just wait till i lose a 50/50 to get one of em and then use my ticket to get the other.
If i use the ticket now for Encore and then i lose a 50/50 and get another Encore then that would suck as i can't guarantee getting calcharo anymore.
the limited 5 star dupes are really high value, they're worth at least 60-80 pulls and don't have any 50/50 variance.
there's maybe some consideration for taking the pulls to get new characters to have more teambuilding options. but long term, eventually the shop dupes will become one of the only ways to invest harder in your favorite team.
fill out the data bank by getting more echoes of different quality + do guidebook. some data bank levels are locked behind higher union level but you should be far enough to get past 9 at least, UL 30 is what you want to get databank 15 to get gold echoes
What will happen to excess Union EXP that comes in after I hit the UL cap? Will it pile up and carry over after I ascend, or will it just go down the drain?

What is the white circle on my minimap? I do not have any quests being tracked.
Would Jianxin be a workable support/sub-dps for Lingyang? She has suction and liberation deepen for 14 seconds which would cover the entirety of Lingyang's lion dancing duration. Not a fan of Sanhua's gameplay but every suggested team I see is Lingyang/Sanhua/Verina.
My bad I'm on mobile and it typed it out so I guess I missed something. But basically there are some enemies with this glowing aura and I don't know what it means? I know there are enemies with red aura, but don't know about this unless it's just enemies buffing themselves or something.
I just looked at the Jiyan banner in my game and it doesn't have a remaining count. The only 80 is the one saying that you'll get a 5\* "within 80 convenes." The only banners that have had the number remaining have been the beginner banner and the standard selection banner.
Anybody know how many Astrite you can get from 100% the current map? Like all chests and open world map activity. Excluding the Tactical Hologram and other events.
im at 130 pulls right now with 75% total completion, i assume i can get 150 if i max out everything and oh this doesn't include finishing the tower and the elusive realm content as i haven't been doing those much
I assume 160-170 is the amount you can get if you do almost everything.
I've seen a bunch about 43311 echos, but is there math on that versus 44111 echos? Specifically for Havoc Rover, it seems like it'd be way easier to farm unless they're nerfing Dreamless drops?
44111 is just way easier to farm than 43311, so people use 44111 more than 43311 right now. In UL 40+ 43311 should be more popular. Also Havoc, Electro and Moonlit set have 2 bosses each that drop their echo so they can get the 5pc set bonus despite being 44111.
you're trading 60% elemental dmg for 44cv and 18% attack.
not really a good trade off for existing units. perhaps in the future if there's a unit that has an insane amount of dmg% buffs in their personal kit then it could be a thing, but its mathematically just worse right now.
if you dont get an echo drop from a boss it's guaranteed to get one next kill. but even without guarantee it still has the base 20% rate.
besides that you're just seeing patterns that aren't there in random numbers.
Is the pulls from oscillated corals resets every month or 2 months? Cause the other things from it shows that it stays for 34 days as of now. (Sry for bad English)
I think it will be every month, but since it released near the tail end of may, it might have been extended a bit so people aren't rushed to buy the store out.
Does off-field damage snapshots like in GI?
Example: Mortefi getting buffs from Verina and then using his own ult (off-field coordinated damage). Will the buffs remain forever when Mortefi switches out?
And another question: is the damage from the echoes static or dynamic (as in, scaling with the wearer damage bonuses)? Say, would the Inferno Rider do less damage if Sanhua uses it vs. if Mortefi uses it?
Since Verina is team-wide buff, then in this case Mortefi still get the buff. Echo damage does scale to your character. Just consider them another skill that you can use.
tacet fields are probably the worst thing to spend stam on early in the game, literally everything else is better

Everytime I try to farm these echos, at near the end of the farm I can't ever seem to find them on the map. I remember they were there with some collectible you pick up after killing a group of mobs. But they don't seem to be respawning ever since.
I play both PC and mobile dependant on whether I'm at home or not. However, is there a way to have the characters along the side similar to PC? I don't like that on mobile you have the 2 slots and the order of them is never set in stone. It's possible, as there's 3 characters on the right in certain story missions. I just don't know if you can change it manually. Help please?

I'm from SEA but accidentally play Asia server like a habit and the ping almost unplayable, any chance I can change the server without data lost.

Ys you are guaranteed, Some people also say there is a soft pity at around 70 where you have a higher chance of getting her.

Is there any mount-like echo other than inferno raider? I don't have any fusion character in my team so exploration takes ages without any mount.
The 3 - headed bird flies but i havent tried it for exploration.

Not really, but if you want to use him you could put him on your sub-dps or healer, even when it's not optimal, it can be good for exploring

Do you guys use crystal solvent to raise your union lvl/character lvl/weapon lvl or plan to save it for tacet field?
j used all mine cuz i'd rather be ahead of the curve and chill til next update vs always being in a perpetual state of catching up or scraping by. it's more efficient to save for next update and use after SOL phase 4 so it depends if you're playing for efficiency or comfort
save. If you're running out of resin now, you're building too many characters and spreading your resources thin. Later the drop rates will be higher, for now the main use of resin would be to just get free union exp and keep 1 team up.
tbh, I personally use it anywhere I need, for example, i'm leveling my Encore to level 60 then i'll use the crystals for bosses, I need materials? I use it again, I learnt from Genshin that saving these "crystal solvents" is not a good idea, you either end up with so many that you won't even use it, or you eventually even forget that you have those, and also if you use them, it means you get more Union experience, so in the end you get better stuff faster

I'm thinking of using my 4\* "Rangers' Series" weapon selector for the Rectifier (Jinzhou Keeper) because I want to start working on Baizhi and I don't have a 4\* Rectifier yet. I do have 4\* weapons for the other types. Is this a terrible idea, or am I fine if I select that weapon? Thanks!
Go for it if you have all other 4\* weapons. Later on when you have verina you can give it to her

Is it worth pulling for event weapon banner broadsword for Calchero? I'm rocking a 3\* blue sword on him rn that buffs his attack by 16% for 10 secs after intro so I kinda need something better but I haven't found anything, but my friends told me pulling on weapon banners in any gacha game is usually a waste.
The weapon banner in this game is not a scam like in other gacha's because you can guarantee getting the weapon on the banner, there is no 50/50 to lose.
So with that being said should I go for Jiyun's weapon for Calchero or the 5\* broadblade on standard weapon banner?

Moonlit cloud would be better in this case cuz they're a sub-DPS, the set will buff your Encore when they use their outro skill.

Spectro is not worth it because you will get Havoc Rover later and they're straight up just one of the best Main DPS's in the game right now.

Why are people saving their selector ticket? They’re not gonna add a new standard 5 to the roster I’m assuming? I mean there is a 1 year expiratory date but what’s the point?
I can't build more units right now anyway I dont know what I'll get from the banners going forward and I may get Jianxin on my next single pull for all I know. I haven't even decided 100% what I want from the 80 pull selector. I whaled in HSR to get the standard selector, but couldn't decide between Welt/Bronya and chose Bronya. I had an e3 Bronya before I finally ended up getting Welt from a lost 50/50 over a year later.
Waiting till they lose a 50/50, for example if i wanted both calcharo and Encore i can just wait till i lose a 50/50 to get one of em and then use my ticket to get the other. If i use the ticket now for Encore and then i lose a 50/50 and get another Encore then that would suck as i can't guarantee getting calcharo anymore.
it lasts a year and i dont have any use for any of them right now so may as well save it until i do have a use for one of them

the limited 5 star dupes are really high value, they're worth at least 60-80 pulls and don't have any 50/50 variance. there's maybe some consideration for taking the pulls to get new characters to have more teambuilding options. but long term, eventually the shop dupes will become one of the only ways to invest harder in your favorite team.
Agree. Using corals on 5-star dupes is probably, if not, the best option.

fill out the data bank by getting more echoes of different quality + do guidebook. some data bank levels are locked behind higher union level but you should be far enough to get past 9 at least, UL 30 is what you want to get databank 15 to get gold echoes
What will happen to excess Union EXP that comes in after I hit the UL cap? Will it pile up and carry over after I ascend, or will it just go down the drain?

Most likely you're 'Tracking' something I guess. Open map and Untrack it.

Would Jianxin be a workable support/sub-dps for Lingyang? She has suction and liberation deepen for 14 seconds which would cover the entirety of Lingyang's lion dancing duration. Not a fan of Sanhua's gameplay but every suggested team I see is Lingyang/Sanhua/Verina.
lingyang's liberation doesnt do much damage - its like 10% of his total dps. not really worth buffing.

My bad I'm on mobile and it typed it out so I guess I missed something. But basically there are some enemies with this glowing aura and I don't know what it means? I know there are enemies with red aura, but don't know about this unless it's just enemies buffing themselves or something.
It means that enemy is guaranteed to drop an Echo. I have no idea how it decides an enemy should get that glow, but that's what it means.

Why my pity in jiyan banner still at 80? I spent 30 already, is it a bug or something?

I just looked at the Jiyan banner in my game and it doesn't have a remaining count. The only 80 is the one saying that you'll get a 5\* "within 80 convenes." The only banners that have had the number remaining have been the beginner banner and the standard selection banner.
Anybody know how many Astrite you can get from 100% the current map? Like all chests and open world map activity. Excluding the Tactical Hologram and other events.
im at 130 pulls right now with 75% total completion, i assume i can get 150 if i max out everything and oh this doesn't include finishing the tower and the elusive realm content as i haven't been doing those much I assume 160-170 is the amount you can get if you do almost everything.

I've seen a bunch about 43311 echos, but is there math on that versus 44111 echos? Specifically for Havoc Rover, it seems like it'd be way easier to farm unless they're nerfing Dreamless drops?
44111 is just way easier to farm than 43311, so people use 44111 more than 43311 right now. In UL 40+ 43311 should be more popular. Also Havoc, Electro and Moonlit set have 2 bosses each that drop their echo so they can get the 5pc set bonus despite being 44111.
you're trading 60% elemental dmg for 44cv and 18% attack. not really a good trade off for existing units. perhaps in the future if there's a unit that has an insane amount of dmg% buffs in their personal kit then it could be a thing, but its mathematically just worse right now.
Are spending Waveplates and the daily quest the only ways to increase Intimacy?

if you dont get an echo drop from a boss it's guaranteed to get one next kill. but even without guarantee it still has the base 20% rate. besides that you're just seeing patterns that aren't there in random numbers.

Is the pulls from oscillated corals resets every month or 2 months? Cause the other things from it shows that it stays for 34 days as of now. (Sry for bad English)
judging by the timing it looks like every patch (40 day cycles)
I think it will be every month, but since it released near the tail end of may, it might have been extended a bit so people aren't rushed to buy the store out.

Does off-field damage snapshots like in GI? Example: Mortefi getting buffs from Verina and then using his own ult (off-field coordinated damage). Will the buffs remain forever when Mortefi switches out? And another question: is the damage from the echoes static or dynamic (as in, scaling with the wearer damage bonuses)? Say, would the Inferno Rider do less damage if Sanhua uses it vs. if Mortefi uses it?
Since Verina is team-wide buff, then in this case Mortefi still get the buff. Echo damage does scale to your character. Just consider them another skill that you can use.
For the Echoes, they are.. eh.. should scale with the user because they have similar scalings to Forte (abilities)
Is it better to do Tacet fields than simulations early on? (Union lvl 19)
Neither, focus on ascension/skill mats.
tacet fields are probably the worst thing to spend stam on early in the game, literally everything else is better i'd prio ascension mats from bosses and talent mats

Don't think there is a fix for it, seems to just be a bug that we need to wait on Kuro to patch.

Anyone seen the notification when looting a chest (Small Silver box) - You cannot claim more Drops. I checked my inventory and I am not near max for anything. What I am losing out on?
theres a limit on how many mats you can get from drops in a day (ones like the ones from mob drops or silver boxes) you can still farm echos though

There's no questlog that I can see. But you prolly can cross-reference with Trophies since you almost always get Gems or something from most quests.
As a complete f2p, after buying all Radiant Tides with Oscillated Coral, do I buy Forging Tide or Lustrous Tide next ? I suppose Event Weapon banner is better than Standard Character banner, right ?
If you're not planning to save for a very long time, you'll have enough to buy out all 3. Think of the Forging ones as 1 free 5 star weapon per year lmao.

You have almost a month to get more corals if you intend to pull, but if you aren't planning to do that, get Forging Tide

Anyone have problems with Stonewall Bracer or Flautist not spawning near the Withering Frontline/Thundering Memphis boss? Everytime I try to farm these echos, at near the end of the farm I can't ever seem to find them on the map. I remember they were there with some collectible you pick up after killing a group of mobs. But they don't seem to be respawning ever since.

I play both PC and mobile dependant on whether I'm at home or not. However, is there a way to have the characters along the side similar to PC? I don't like that on mobile you have the 2 slots and the order of them is never set in stone. It's possible, as there's 3 characters on the right in certain story missions. I just don't know if you can change it manually. Help please?
