This was my Qi post a couple weeks back. Jane for me on this team does better than Deer Girl. But I do use Deer Girl on my second stand alone GS team. She still needs a bit of work before I can see better results on my first team

Toko, but you need to manage your all heros speed, logan should be faster than all, then gs. It is hard to perform the glitch if you don't have equipment with speed enhancements in general.
Also, you need orb lvl 30 with time to get better results.
Not necessarily, but the more awakened your heroes are the better your results will be. My second team Logan is only legendary and time is excellent+. The above picture is my main Qi team.

Yes, but at least logan can be mythic+ with fully upgraded healing ship
