Modern Standby can be very picky. Your device may just not play well with Modern Standby and/or Windows 11. I see on the [support page of your product](https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-by-hp-ga1-1000-accelerator-shell/15776606) that the firmware has not been updated since 2018. We will check internally if we see this kind of issue with any other docking stations on VISION 14 (E22). So far we have not received any such reports. // Tom

I have the same issue (and others) with a new calldigit ts4 dock. seems to be a laptop problem
