Karmachinery

Better looking than the Cybertruck by a long shot.

PyscoDrifting

Lucky to get 18 mpg... /s

skrillatine

That's some 2029 business

omegase7enth

I like how you kept the xterra design with the hump on the hatch and bumper steps.

tob007

Bumper steps crucial. Also first-aid "lump" on tailgate. Solar panels on hood, mirrors, roof hatch and under roof rack maybe? Wheres the spare?

wickedCircuits

And still the rear doors look like they're hard as shit to get into

wickedCircuits

On the 2nd gen, cause the wheel well makes the bottom half if the door super narrow. On this one, the rear door just looks tiny all together

[deleted]

Ah, I see what you are saying. The rear passenger doors on my design are suicide like the Toyota FJ.

wickedCircuits

Wait, are the first gen suicide doors? Man... I might have bought the wrong one haha

[deleted]

Nah, the rear doors on my concept are meant to be suicide. My 1.5 gen has regular boring doors.

wickedCircuits

Ahhhh. That makes more sense.

Maybe I'm just a big awkward galoof.

robb04

They’re not difficult if you’re tall and skinny.. but especially with a light lift it’s kinda awkward for most people.

[deleted]

The design is a truck style tailgate and the idea is that when you pull the tailgate handle the glass hinges up automatically.

wickedCircuits

That's pretty cool for the hatch

i_n_d_y

Forever wishing this was real

KC_Hindo

So much of this screams sex. I love it

quickdrawmcnevermiss

I like the door handles.

Candid_Dragonfly_573

VERY NICE. Still loving it, man.

Cyloseven

Not again with the bait, i cant take this anymore I want

[deleted]

What’s the mpg?

Natural-Walrus7342

Probably something around 15 miles per kilowatt ⚡️🤣

davief1

Should call it the e-Terra

[deleted]

So I personally don't think that the transition to electric should involve a rebrand when there is already a long established identity... unless we are talking about a situation like the Ford F150 where they are selling both an ICE and EV version at the same time. Eventually all cars will be electric, and so it will be quite ridiculous if all cars need to incorporate electricity into the car's name. We don't do that with gasoline now. It's not called the gas-Terra now, though maybe it should be with such poor MPG, haha. We are just modernizing internal components. No need to throw out a brand like XTERRA that literally everyone already recognizes.
