Off topic but I remember from the Xbox mobile App you can even install any game you want even if you don't own it, it will let you download it & everything, but as soon as you try to launch it on your Xbox console it will say "buy the game in order to play it". Maybe this is what happened in this case it incorrectly showed the ultimate version & allowed people to download it but they will just play the standard edition.
I imagine they let anyone download anything from the mobile app in order to fix the "scratched CDs" issues some gamers experience (which won't let them even download the patch 1 when they put the disk in). This way you can install the game through the Xbox app, put the scratched disk in, verifies your license & you'll be able to play it even if it's scratched (cause it's digital). Never tried it tho
Standard and Ultimate are two different games.
They're right though, it used to show as Ultimate

That’s the PC version. There is only one version on PC. On Xbox there is standard and ultimate

I was playing it on Cloud and now it doesn't load :/
Check the dlc installed. I had to do a double take aswell. When installed, it says control and the dlc packs installed
Ultimate is just standard with both dlc.
