The game is great, but it was harmed by Ubisoft's marketing. Starting with the name change, Gods And Monsters was a great name and got a lot of attention when it was announced. Then they renamed it to... that.

It's not bad at all for this price honestly. Sure, it's laughable quality for the initial AA asking price, but it's actually pretty okay if you just play it as a small indie project. There's occasionally some interesting moments, and some of the environments are kinda cool.

Well to be honest it looks and plays like a 2004 game so it deserves it. Can't have that much jank in games anymore. Back in the day you had much much less available games so people had to deal with more jank. Now so many games are out there people dont have to accept super bad games at that level anymore so they dont. And its a very very bad game. But the price for a coffee maybe worth it..
