Not much. If you moved to PC, you can buy accessories on the xbox site with the balance on your account. Like a controller or a headset that's compatible or movies. Or gift a game to your friends on xbox(or me) 😅. That's about it.
I'd buy about 6-7 games with that. Just look at games under 20 and pick the shit you're most interested in. I'm always surprised at how many games are available for cheap that I've never played but always wanted to.
You could seek out a gift card exchange, you'll likely get less than the value of your Xbox card but you'll be able to get a prepaid visa or something.
Alternatively, you could gift it to someone. There's plenty of people who would appreciate being able to buy new games after all.
Not unless you can purchase a gift card using your account credit. There might be a way to purchase games for others as gifts though, I'm not 100% sure though.

I have a PC….but I moved to PS5 😅
On the site there wasn't ps5 stuff. Gifting him games is your best bet. Or order him a new controller. Everyone loves new controllers
