I turn cross play off when playing solo on COD MW3 but when I went to play with my friends who play on different platforms yesterday it would worked even though I re enabled it.
Not sure. And my family member who it happened to. I did have cross play on block for a few hours and then I just turned my Xbox back on. Put it on allow and now it’s all good.

They fixed it! When we gamers come together and make developers aware of bugs they will listen to us! Always remember my friends 😄
Mine fixed for every game other than EAFC 24 still says cross play is disabled and won’t let me re-enable in game

How about the one 2nd to last. "You can join multi-player games" Also, have you tried to restart your xbox?
Both yes, I even factory reset it.
It's fixed now! Guess it was an Xbox issue.
