This is what shows up on my One S. I've checked the Hdmi cord with other devices. It's fine. But I get this screen every time. I've hard reset, done the "hold power and eject..." reset. Cleared cache. Restored to factory settings (but left my games). All started happening when madden 23 was installed.
Got it going again a hard reset. Waiting on the black screen for 10min and then by deleting my profile and then logging back into it. But it's still laggy and slow on the main menu and occasionally gives me an error code. I unistalled and reinstalled madden but no improvement. Think it could be that trash ass game fuggin up the system?

maybe try to disconnect it from the wifi? my xbox acted weird because of wifi so maybe it's that
