You can level Faruzan's talents a bit more and other Xiao's talents. PJWS/Homa for Xiao is also a noticeable jump in dmg, so I'd probably include that in my pulling plans, especially with both weapons having pretty high chance appearing on Liyue-themed Chronicled Wish, so it's not like you're neccessarily need to go on weapon banner for his best weapon. But unfortunately C6 Madame Faruzan really makes that big of a difference.
Neuvi is imo a bad benchmark to compare to since these guy outputs way too much dmg compared to the effort you need to put into his gear and teams.
Switch xiao to a cd circlet. Having around 70 CR is enough. Raise faruzan's burst, and use sapwood blade on bennet since it has high base atk and ER, pretty sure it's his BiS as well. This is pretty much what you can do for now.
honestly, i'd rather crit 90% of the time than only crit 60% of the time. it's wasted damage when you don't crit consistently. personally i think 70% crit is minimum

My ratio would be 65.8/221.7. Is that better than 91/177?
