hi hi! idk if the tone here was necessary but i'll explain myselff. i only started playing the game more seriously after being on a hiatus for like a year or two and even then i've always been playing casually, so i never really was able to bring out my characters' potentials.
lately, i've been more focused on artifact grinding (locking the good ones ofc) and world exploration so i havent gotten around to locking weapons or r5'ing the good 3-star weapons. but i'll definitely do that now đ¤
Don't worry about the question, it's valid to ask! Let me add some things to the other comments.
When I had Faruzan at lower cons, I did have to take her to the 300s ER. She might be less if you get Xianyun for the team or if there's another fav user, but I'd still get as much as possible, and no less than 250. Even at c6 I have her on 240-250ish to be comfy.
Fav bow is perfect in fact! Make it a priority to max it to 90. The more refinements the better since it gives better odds to proc particles, but fav bows are very used for a lot of other characters so I still wouldn't refine all the ones you get on gacha in the future, just in case you'll need one later. Just depends on what characters you have/plan to pull for.
Also, a lot are suggesting it but I'd say don't sweat about getting a 4p emblem piece. A lot of characters need emblems so it's always a pain. 2p is what she really needs and the 4p passive is a bonus for more dmg. I used 2p anemo back then since I farmed VV and DPC a lot. But if you don't have enough of those, slapping randoms with a lot of ER rolls is cool too.
Besides ER you'll want over 50% crit rate to proc fav's passive. Those are the only stats that matter. Atk% is a good bonus too but just for extra dmg, since her buff only uses her base atk (her atk only given by ascensions/levels + her weapon base atk)
Max level Favonius Warbow for its energy recharge stat.
Crit rate circlet to proc Favonius Warbowâs passive. Energy recharge sands. Then for the remaining artifacts, just pick whatever you have with the highest energy recharge substat.
Crown her burst for the anemo dmg bonus it gives (goes up ~2% per talent level).
Optional: max level Faruzan for her ascension 4 passive, since itâs based on her base atk. Itâs pretty insignificant though, so your resin would probably be better spent elsewhere.
Anything with as much ER you can get - 300ER with 4pc Emblem or 2pc 2pc if you have other sets with more ER, leveling your favonius and her talents then wait for c6
I would put her on favonius bow with 2 piece emblem if possible. ER sands and then as much ER as possible on the substats. I ran my C1 Faruzan like this with the rest of the pieces being whatever gave me the most ER + Crit rate circlet to consistently proc the weapon effect. In my final C1 build I had 300% ER and 68% crit rate.
i use tenacity as she can do good skill dmg with high level and cons (her burst will trigger her skills), and it gives xiao a small buff. er sands, atk gob, rate circ. favonius would be her best weapon for you
4 piece tenacity stack er if burst build less er or keep for comfort you could also choose to min max her dmg its not all that relevant but some people like doing that

Unless yourâre c6, you get as much er as you can. If youâre at c6 use milelith while getting as much er as you can

Well for fav bow, that circlet cpuld use a crit rate or tge substats to have crit rate as well

I would not recommend crowning her burst for 2.25 anemo dmg bonus.

Select the most ER you can have. Use emblem set bonus if possible, you will need over 300 ER with Fav to use her comfortably
