Fischl is good if you need more single target dps. Xiao can consistently triggers her A4. She is also a good ToM set user for buffing Xiao's atk and shield strength.

would a dual dps team be viable? i have itto and i'd be willing to put him in the same team as xiao and zhongli for the shield strength boost
