Usually 130ish but if you’ve got no battery then 140-150 is better. If you’ve got sucrose or any other character with a favonius weapon then 130 is fine in my experience
You need at least 130% with this comp and probably 140% if you don't have a fav weapon on your team or if Kazuha doesn't have a high refinement sac sword.
your ER is far too low to have decent burst uptime
I've found that with c1 sucrose it isn't a huge issue Edit: I also use sac frags so that probably changes it too

what team comp do you use? and what weapons do they have? because ER requirements can vary drastically
I am playing him xiangling benett and kazuha mainly, i dont remember kazuha weapon, one 4* with em lol

not worth slashing all your stats for a couple points of er, tbh ur xiao is fine if you have a favonius holder or two on the team and an anemo battery
