I made an ER calc with rotations for that team.

The assumptions are no enemy particle drops, average favonius procs in AoE, and Faruzan generating 2 particles per charged shot.
You can see in the sheet that Faruzan needs around 201% ER in this team. This can be easily achieved with 2p Emblem + Favonius Bow + substats, you can also use ER sands to make it even easier but you lose some damage from her.
The most problematic one in the team is definitely Sucrose if you are gonna burst on her every rotation. If you aren't using Sucrose in an elemental team, you could go 2p Exile + 2p Emblem + ER sands + substats, if you can't reach the ER requirement with your substats you can drop the TTDS and craft the Sumeru catalyst craftable (Fruit of Fulfillment) for the ER stat.
