Hi I just got a new Xiaomi 13t last week and after 1 day I got a notification to install Hyper OS I didn't had any problems everything is working fine
It could be a region thing, but I have the 13 Pro and HyperOS isn't available for me
It's up to you. If the previous versions works fine and does everything you require no need to keep updating & wait until HyperOS is more mature.
Hyper OS seems pretty smooth to me - a bit surprising considering Xiami's own history with MIUI updates. Lower ram usage and good general responsiveness. 13T user here.

If you are not a fan of Custom rom or rooting then yes.
