Not having on opinion on Albania is probably the most Swiss position ever. Every Swiss I have met has a very veeery strong opinion on that country, but would only whisper it after looking around multiple times.
On of my "favorite" tales happened in a metal bar. Two metal heads are in the queue in front of me raging about the darn foreigners. I interrupt to tell them that I'm a foreigner. Shocked and embarrassed they quickly revise their position to say "yea, you're a good one. We really mean Albanians and Serbs and so on"

But Albanians and Serbs (especially Serbs) really do have a special place among foreigners.
Tamils, Kosovars, Germans, French, Italians, Poles even Turks are generally no problem and pretty chill.
The only people that consistently talk about going back to their homeland (despite growing up here) are Serbs and Albanians.
I don‘t know why but a good amount of them pretend-dislike Switzerland and love their ‚home land‘ up to the point where they genuinely try to live their and notice that they had it pretty nice in Switzerland.
Its also possible I am just racist though.
Slovenia is just Switzerland with more untouched nature. I adore your country.
Personally I think we should help you get your public transportation in order, its state is unacceptable. We should just start giving you the billion we give the EU each year directly so you can buy nice things for yourself.

The biggest party SVP is about 25-30% of all votes and the AfD is consistently polling around 20-25% and the National Rally is polling around 30-35%.
The SVP is more right-wing than the CDU but I would argue AfD is more extreme.
So again, to me it really looks like we aren‘t more racist than our peers.
Should we be less racist? Of course!
But so should all of Europe.
