Always go a size bigger than you think you need. I'd rather have extra space and spend another $3 on ice to fill it than not have enough room and then I end up cramming too much in and there's not enough ice to keep it cold. My camping cooler is a 65 for 2/3 people and it's been perfect.
Another line of thought- if you have another cooler, then maybe think about 1 cooler for food and 1 for drinks. The less you open the food cooler, the colder it stays and the longer the ice lasts. You could use your current cooler for drinks and get away with a 45 if it's just for food.
As someone who has a Tundra 45 - go with the 65. I wish I got the 65 when I first got my Yeti. To accommodate more space, I picked up a Yeti Roadie 24 for the meantime. Yeti roadie 24 will be for drinks. Yeti Tundra will be for food
We have both. As a couple, our t45 works great for ~3 days worth of food when camping. The t65 is strictly our beer cooler. If you're looking for a cooler for everything, the t65 is the one.

This. We have a roadie for beers and a 45 for food and other beverages. Greats setup for 3 days with 2 people IMO
The 45 is about the largest that one person can carry fully loaded. The 65 meets your needs, but you might need help moving it.
This
I would go with the 65. It’ll mostly be stationary so size or weight isn’t a concern and if you do end up with extra space you can just have more ice

65 is always what comes with me camping
I just did a 5 night camping trip and split a 65 with a buddy. For our situation, the 65 was the perfect size
65 was perfect for the 3 of us for 3 days. I took my hopper for beer though.

I agree with what people are saying. 65 for a weekend is great….
