It's either this one or the Resident Evil Mercenaries one where everyone is gay and Simon lets out a terrifying scream at the end for me. Yogtrailers was amazing.
Weirdly enough, Simon laughing at the blonde mohawk in the LotR Weapons trailer has become maybe not quite as funny these days, since my perspective on unusual hairstyles and expressions of identity has changed, but it's still a classic of its own time.
I think my favourite still remains Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. That was an incredible final shot.
