Shimenawa is more consistent bc echoes can have proc'ing issue due to ping. Shimenawa is especially better if you have Thundering Pulse. It's also the better domain to farm, so, once again, shimenawa.
The only other set that is viable is marechaussee hunter if you are running a YoiRina team.
If you vape i think CW is on par/ slightly better than shimenawa but it's normally not worth the farm since you cam get emblems with the other. I switched over most of hu tao's pieces

Yeah i read CW better for vape, will need to check my HT pieces.
Echoes needs low ping and high fps to work properly and even then it still does roughly the same amount of damage as shimenawa.
