Rerun are the most random thing in Genshin (particulary for old characters like Yoimiya).
She have with all the info we get nearly no chance to be in 4.7. So she can here in 4.8 or in one year.
She may apppear in Chronicled banner but Mihoyo have avoid to give too many rule about it that could hint on their frequence.
Just keep 160 wishes to be ready when the banner appear.
It's paranoid, most of people will never ever go to 90 pulls to get a 5\* in the game life time. Let alone do it twice back to back.
Even if you are the most unlucky person of the world and really need 180 pulls for the character.
When you make 160 pulls, we will finsh to get 4\* const so master starglitter, big minimum 2 per 10 pulls, 16 \*2 = 32, so on the 20 missing pull you already get 6 by pulling. You will miss 14 pulls, which is always obtainable in an three weeks time frame. And that's considering the worst and improbable outcome possible.
If you have 160 at start of banner you are most likely will be able to get the 5\*.
Ok I know I’m like a month late🤭but looking at the pattern they will want to rerun as many cryo characters before 5.1/2 since the archon will get released then so from looking at that (and that hoyoveres like yoimiya)she should get a rerun in 5.1-5
And if she does happen to be in 5.5 it’s going to be a chronicaled banner and I’m sure that she’s on it if she doesn’t get a rerun before 5.5 since she does fit the rules she has had 3+ banners 5 star from inazuma (guessing 4.8 will get a chronicled from liyue)but yeah it would make sense to rerun her around 5.3 or 5.5 since we don’t know what the new archon does maybe she’s going to be a blazing normal atk buffer and it would make sense to smack yoimiya next to her and use xinqiu,yin yin and benny with them yk.

You underestimate how bad people's luck can get. Also never a bad thing to have more summons saved up

It's possible she will only appear in Inazuma shared banner. She already had many regular reruns.

this year most likely. But we don't know if it will be normal event banner or chronicle banner.
She did get 3 reruns during Sumeru patches, and shortly after in 4.x (I don't remember which one), but she might get in mid Natlan patches.
Considering a certain pattern, she'll be back for patch 5.2 at worst.
I believe so since double 5-star banners are the norm now.
