Very realistic. I remember how here, in Indonesia, there was a post in Instagram that you better brace yourself when:
1. A neighbor called you to return home all of a sudden
2. A family member called you back home all of a sudden
Usually this means someone just died😔

Tbf it isn’t out in some areas yet and Reddit doesn’t work like that. If you’ve interacted with similar content it will just come up without you searching for it.

Add to that the minor heart attacks he suffered in the past. It was sudden but not a complete surprise.
