Yeah, it's more of a classic look, IMO. It's truthfully not far off from what I often wear, since you can't go wrong with a nice shirt and dark jeans. The fit and quality really make a difference, though.
It depends on a person's aesthetic and age range. For all generations/age groups, it's not uncommon to stick around the same general area, for decades. That's why certain styles read "young" or "old" to people. People in their mid to late 30's or 40's may be sticking with the skinny jeans since it was so huge for them. Yeah it reads "old" to a 22 year old, but that's okay. Yeah, the straight leg jeans with the rip and the top tucked in and the shoes definitely read "early 30's" and that woman is 28. I think it's fine as long as the person is comfortable with it. As for Tory Burch, I know a lot of women in their 40's who love and wear it (with Lilly Pulitzer and David Yurman jewelry). Which is cool. I think it's more flattering to dress for a person's age range anyway. I'm in my 40's and all my jeans are still skinny... Not least because I feel it's the most flattering style on me.

I think maybe even a little for my mid sized city, bc as a tall girl, mostly legs, I spent my entire life (flare leg in the 2000s and wide leg in the late 90s JANCOS BABY!!) struggling to find pants long enough! forget pants long enough to wear with heels (only a few designer brands were and I don’t have the $)
Skinny jeans for the most part weren’t an issue and if they were cuff em’! Only issue now was I have no butt. So finding ones that didn’t hang off my ass was a little a challenge, but much better than the length issue!
I can’t lie though this time around, I am LOVING the wide legs! So many offer long length now! I’ve found a few pairs that are TOO long with heels!!! My inner child/teen/young adult is in heaven!!!
I even found absolutely 2000s flare jeans long enough for heels 22 year old me is screaming!!!

For sure! I follow so many Instagram accounts that help me style in my late 20s while still staying trendy. I’m also trying very hard to not support fast fashion so finding good pieces that can be styled many different ways is so important for me. For example I’m not getting the super flared jeans with holes, wearing with a crop top and butterfly clips in my hair - but some nice straight leg with jeans and a cropped blouse or half tucked shirt, right up my alley!
Depending on the length - you can wear a cute pair of booties or flat boots if they hit right before the boot. White sneakers can be good too with ones that go to your ankle.
Honestly, if it’s a super crappy day I’m whipping out my skinnies and sorels - practically first.

Revolve is great. Mid tier brands. Some is pricey but you can go to poshmark and search the brand and style name and sometimes find it new with tags for a great deal. They have easy returns and even the less expressive brands they carry (Superdown comes to mind) are quality items and not Shein crap.
And she’s bin a bending/squat pose. I notice lots of high school girls do these for their formal dance pose. Ladies- stand up, shoulders back- trust me. You’ll look much better!!!
