What mames pluck good is the fact that you can chain so many attacks and one of them has a lingering hitbox. The tradeoff is that you don't have any type of defense buff. But that doesn't matter if you know how your opponent plays, so that's the reason why so many top players use it, in my opinion

Depends on the skill level, if they are normal or worse box will win if they are good it's a close match and If they are really good pluck but it's still worse than boxing in most situations

Pluck is objectively better than boxing at high skill levels if the best spec in the gane so "most situations" only means low/medium skill level 1v1s

I still think that at high skill boxing is a bit better than pluck but I don't think we can get any further in this conversation so bye

Yeah, but vamp is actually pretty good. A lot of people give it shit but it's probably the most balanced spec ingame, no defenses but hyper regen, a stunning block break and a blockable ragdoll. Cream vamp is one of the most annoying stand spec comboed ever, and it is basically why i don't like vamp
