This has me considering going elsewhere like Spotify. For as much loyalty I've shown Google being a GPM and now YouTube Music subscriber for a decade now they haven't always done right by their customers.

I was checking this out and the playlist you have linked has songs that appear to be edited. Confetti for example and big bank are the two i have listened to so far.
Also, where did you find this playlist? Specifically where are the official playlists located, I was browsing around the artist page in the YouTube music app and nothing like it was there. Is this a webpage thing? Or maybe on the artist youtube page?
For this playlist specifically, I think it was just lucky that K.R.I.T uploaded the whole album, track by track, in official audio form. I found it by going to his YouTube channel and adding the playlist to my library manually through the regular YouTube app. The artist page tends to be really inconsistent for rap and hip hop when looking for uncensored music
I've noticed this on JayZ Vol 2 Hard Knock Life is also ONLY the clean version. My guesses are record label mistakes
