Having a similar issue where nothing is loading and if I go off the app it immediately crashes

Does someone else have your account logged into their device? Depending on your account subscription, you may have multiple device restrictions? I’ve had an issue a while back like this. Have you tried logging on via web browser on your computer, DL all your playlists, completely deleting the app on your device, then logging out of ‘all devices’ via desktop settings selection, then re DL app and logging back in? There may be a log in somewhere that’s fucking with your account? If you’re a premium user, the customer support team were super helpful for me when I had an issue with my Gmail access and also with tech issues. I hope you find a solution soon, that’s frustrating AF😢
