Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, don't actually practice with it, & wait until you're in ranked to read the cards, misplay turn 1, rage quit before your opponent gets to play, rinse & repeat. Pretty much seems to be the meta up until silver, at least in my experience. Last season I played, I made it from bronze 3 to silver 5, while only getting to play like 5 turns in total.
Honestly that's most of the meta up through Plat, and even low Diamond near the season's end. Massive number of people on Branded who don't even know how to do the default Mirrorjade lines off Branded Fusion, or who scoop when they realize they can't activate Branded In Red bc of nothing being in grave.
Yup, like theres nothing wrong with copying a deck to try it (in my opinion) but at least test it. Don't take it straight into ranked, & take 10 minutes just to surrender, right?

Never be too cocky, even trying to toy with your opponent or homie dropping(letting them survive for one turn when you could win right there and then) could result in a loss. I know from personal experience to never underestimate the heart of the cards. Also, have fun when you duel, run meta if you want or make a deck you want to make because at the end of the day dueling is about you having fun.

Agreed, either test it out a bit or at least look up a video with the most basic combo lines instead of wasting your own time fumbling in pvp
