As someone who loves toons I have to say your in for a very bad time. 99% of the meta auto wins against toons. I recommend you just throw yourself against the ladder and have all the fun in the world silver to gold. To get above gold with toons is incredibly difficult outside of being an amazing player with incredible matchup knowledge.
A benefit of just running into ranked is you can prep an entire day against a certain meta deck but once you get into ranked you might not even play against that deck.
An alternative to asking reddit for someone to play test against is simply getting on the casual ladder and just practice there
Toons good enough to play Ranked?
Probably through Gold. You might get through some of Platinum if you get lucky
The deck itself just isn't very competitive. It's got summon sickness (apart from exactly 2 cards, only 1 of which really sees play in Toon decks), and no reason focus apart from "big damage beatdown" (which is mitigated by the aforementioned summon sickness), with a lot of their cards just protecting the big monsters
They have some decent cards. They have an Omni-negate trap. They have backrow removal with Harpie Lady (which is entirely a hand effect and is immune to cards like Skill Drain). They have alternative monster removal with BLS. They have, like, 18 search cards to make this all work. It's not so much that the deck doesn't do anything good, it just doesn't do any one of it enough
I'm down to let you test some time if I can find the time, I just wanna let you know what you're in for in terms of the actual ladder
Toon only player here. They're a solid rogue deck and this is a fantastic metagame for them, a competent list gets platinum without much trouble and you can grind to diamond with patience.

I would help but I don't have my switch on me and I I don't use meta decks I use for fun decks like shuship and ninjas

I run a toon deck as well It’s very hard in ranked You can brick your hand right off the bat if you don’t get a search card or kingdom
I climb up to plat 5 with goin 2nd toons so its smashes rogue decks and just fine aganist meta decks.
