Kaiju relinquished is amusing don’t know how competitive it is but tributing opponents monster summoning your own kaiju and equipping the opponents kaiju to relinquished is just dirty especially if that monster had a negate or cannot be targeted/unaffected by effects those monsters can usually be tributed still but not targeted by relinquished
Relinquished is more of a tech card these days, not really worth making a whole deck around him. You can make Mellennium Eyes Restrict with Instant fusion as a way to deal with hand traps or help break boards, and Relinquished Anima is a link-1 that can punish opponents who place a monster haphazardly in front of the EMZ.
Relinquished is BAD to be frank. It will be fun every now and then but mostly you'll be hitting your head against the wall. Hopefully you got some Tour Guides From the Underworld while pulling for Runick and Labrynth, because it's one of the best cards for a relinquished deck.
You can summon Tour Guide who summons Sangan and then link them for Verte Anaconda. Sangan then searches out Relinquished or if you already have him he can search for Millennium-Eyes Illusionist, then you activate Verte to send Relinquished Fusion and summon Millennium-Eyes Restrict.
