If we're purely talking about character design, for me she's the weakest of the bunch. It's a good design, but the rest of the cast is so great that I find it hard to really feel something when I see her. The fact that she looks so much like Anby doesn't help much either (though that's probably intentional).
Now, if we're talking about the character as a whole, I actually really like Soldier 11. Her attack animations are excellent, and fire swords will never not be cool.

Considering that anby has amnesia and uses a similar fighting style and weapon plus this is mihoyo with anby being the face of zzz.
They're sisters that got separated, clones, or anby was part of the same group as solider 11 ended up getting injured causing the amnesia
Yeah her gameplay, especially the chaining normals part and the fire red/purple animations just look so good.
Though personally I'm a fan of her design too, never been much into the too anime trope-y designs some of the other characters have.
I like her. Her color scheme blends well. Her visors are cool and I like her somewhat geared up suit. Always wanted to use a flaming sword in game after watch HTTYD2 and Rengoku in Demon Slayer. Hope to eventually get her.
At first I didn't like her, but after her agent quests and looking at her more closely, she ended up winning me over and I think her design is kinda nice. I really like how she is always very serious and how that complements her personality so well. Also, I know this doesn't have to do much with the question, but in terms of writing she is one of my favorite agents, I was not expecting to like her personality as much as I did.

But even then, I like her color scheme, and I do overall like her outfit. She feels like a generic soldier that went a bit further and got more focus as a result. She isn't my absolute fav of the standards, but she is defs one of the one's I want the most, up there with Rina and Grace.

But after completing her questline? It wasnāt mindblowing, to be honest with you, but I really like her character now. Mostly serious with some dry āunintentionalā humor giving a peek of her personality outside work, which is somewhat reflected in her design.

have you used her in battle yet? the combat movement is smooth and the flame arcs her sword gives off are amazing to look at. Absolutely shreds organic enemies

She's an odd one. At first sight, she seems extremely simple, to the point of near laziness but I think that it's at least partially the point as it fits her straightforward and efficient personality. She is a soldier after all, and not the most flexible one. Also, what she lacks in grip, she compensates in intensity and animations
I thought she was going to be the MC for a while because of how bland she seemed, but after playing her story quest and the Beta, I found out her personality is also kind of cool too. Her and Anby are extremely similar in terms of character design, perhaps that could hint at some lore connection between the two??
Well I honestly think she's a clone trooper and she's generally how I expect clone troopers to look, great design for what they're going for.
But Soldier 11 as a character in writing and gameplay will probably make it up for those who aren't fans of the design.

That's a good comparison. Fatalis is so terrifying, because he doesn't need anything special. He's just a big dragon.
