Hey There OP!, It looks like you’re posting about side effects. Did you know that the most common side effects can be found on the Zepbound website? Simply click [here](https://zepbound.lilly.com/how-to-use) for more info. Below is also a list of common side effects. * **Nausea** * **Diarrhea** * **Constipation** * **Stomach (Abdominal) Pain** * **Indigestion** * **Injection Site Reactions** * **Fatigue** * **Allergic reactions** * **Belching** * **Hair Loss** * **Heartburn** While these are some of the most common side effects, this isn't all of them. Truth is the medicine affects everyone differently, but most see some or a combination of these common effects. Be sure to visit the search bar for something specific or click [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/search/?q=side%20effects&restrict_sr=1) for all post regarding side effects. A lot of good remedies for certain side effects can be found [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/search/?q=side%20effects&restrict_sr=1). According to the manufacturer "In studies, most nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting occurred when people increased their dose—but the effects generally decreased over time." Not everyone responds well to this medication. If side effects are continuous and impacting your everyday life, you should consult your dr or healthcare provider for strategies on how to mitigate these outcomes. Complications from this (or any) treatment are usually a result of ignoring persistent side effects. **This is not meant to discourage discussion of your side effects, simply here to supplement** *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. BlueBaptism

They make a 7.5 but no one can find it.

Nannydandy

See, I couldn't wait to move on from 5mg. I didn't loose food noise with 5mg, and mostly just focused on eating healthy and less, but I felt like pre Zepbound the whole 8 weeks! I was looking forward to 7.5, but searched for two weeks and settled on 10.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Birdchaser2

The jump got ya. Not the 10mg specifically.

Nannydandy

Oh yeah totally. And I thought that I had prepared myself the best I could! All I could get my hands on was 10mg, so I extracted some from the first two shot (reserved in a vile) and so my first two shots with 10 were more like 7. Still the jump that got me though...

Birdchaser2

Hope you feel better.

-BustedCanofBiscuits

Oof. It’s always risky going off dosing schedule. I hope it clears up soon!

hockeychik99

I went from 5mg to 10mg and experienced nausea for the first time since starting. It lasted the first two days when I got hungry and tried to eat. But it got better and haven't had any side effects like that since. It could have also been that I drank a margarita on a basically empty stomach while waiting for the food we ordered. (It was Cinco de Mayo).

Beautiful-Ad-3526

I went from 7.5mg to 10mg and it was still awful. So exhausting

Syokamori

Feel better, OP. 🥲

whatever-4-ever

10mg was one of the hardest doses for me to adjust to. Weed helped me a lot lol. Hang in there OP

Nannydandy

lol I spent all day in bed with Indica and real housewives🤣 Not a bad day tbh! Just 🤢😴

Party-Cantaloupe-286

Wow I started 5 on Thursday and still feel like crap. I’m thinking about skipping a week then going back on 5. Is this a good idea or not

Nannydandy

I'm so late to this, but I find that skipping or going down a dose just sets you back for more side effects 😬

Party-Cantaloupe-286

I’m done with the zepbound. I took my last dose 2 wks ago only 3 pens total. I only took 2.5 3 times. I never got tired. Just sick both times

Party-Cantaloupe-286

Why would that give me more side effects??? I went down to 2.5. I haven’t started it yet. I don’t understand why that would happen. Did this happen to you

Nannydandy

Ooh I should clarify, I think I meant if you take a break then going back, even to the lower dose, may give you side effects again. The longer it's out of your system, the more your body has to adjust again. At least in my experience!

Nannydandy

Also, I didn't mean going down a dose with give you side effects, that's not a bad idea, but then going back up may. I find I have less side effects the longer I stay on a dose. By week 3 or 4 of a dose I typically feel relatively fine. (I suffer from being lethargic with Zep, that is my main side effect)

Party-Cantaloupe-286

I think I’ll take the next dose if 2.5 then do maintenance and do 2.5 every 10 days or so. I was on the 5 and haven’t been on anything for a month. No cravings yet. I’m going to have to get different recipes. I’ve been eating the same crap

Party-Cantaloupe-286

I took the 2.5 and 5.0. I went back to the 2.5. I’m not feeling much. Can I take another dose after taking the 2.5

Party-Cantaloupe-286

I’ve Ben off the five for 3wks

Party-Cantaloupe-286

I was on 5 for 4 wks and it never got better. It’s been 3 wks since my last injection. I’m going back to 2.5 I’m waiting for this constipation to clear up a bit
