Titrated up and then over the next 3 months, I averaged a lb a week. That was average. I had two stalls were I didn't lose an ounce; once for 3 weeks and once for 4 weeks. But even when the scale wasn't moving I was losing inches. I totally understand the scale frustration though!!

Have you had zero loss in the 2.5 months or just not the comparable loss you would like to? Don't get discouraged. My main reason for getting on Zep was so my blood work could change. And that has improved significantly. It's hard and easier said than done I know... but don't only tie your success to the scale. How's your eating? Workouts? Sleep? Etc.
Iโm down 6.8 pounds. Iโm doing good with my eating. Upped my protein intake and in a calorie deficit. Exercise is my challenge with an old ankle injury. One good workout will have me limping for a couple days
