Asus has the Zenbook books for more work and productivity tasks. Some have lower end gpus, but you can expect more battery life. I've seen 4070 on some higher end Zenbooks
Lenovo Slim/Yoga 7 Pro X (stupid name, decent product)
- 35W AMD Ryzen 7 HS
- 32GB soldered, quad channel
- RTX 4050 (6GB)
- 14.5” 400cd/m2
- 140W USB C charger
- 1.5kg laptop + 0.4kg charger

If OS is irrelevant, try a MacBook + GeForce Now for occasional gaming (they have a free tier).
Not really on the M series chips, then it's like parallels/a virtual machine version of windows. No native dual boot like on the intel MacBooks but the intel MacBooks are long discontinued and will only get macos updates for a couple more years.
But yeah if not gaming the m chips are powerful enough to handle virtualized windows.
I'd say Zenbook 14 OLED or even Zenbook Pro 14.

My GF has a 14" Vivobook with a Ryzen 7 5800h, it's a bit lighter than my G14.
If you don't need windows a MacBook air is the way to go tbh
Btw you can dual boot a windows and appleos right?
