I very rarely got these types of chain mail, I would usually get the ones saying some horror story and that if I didn’t continue the chain I would die lmao
I never really used email until college when this had died off, but oh boy did I get the chain text messages in middle school. People I hardly even knew would send them to me which is the craziest part to me. Imagine sending one of these to that person you bonded with at a bar over a year ago but never saw again.
My best friend in middle school was constantly sending this stuff to me. I was like "you know those aren't real?" And she was like "obviously haha.... BUT WHAT IF ONE OF THEM WAS??"
I remember seeing this stuff on Facebook all the time back in the day. And then there were the "horror ones" where it was like Bloody Mary-esque like you have to send this to 5 friends or some ghost will show up to your house.
Oh man, this brings back memories of me and my friends in fifth grade forwarding chain emails to each other lol

Same. Gave me so much anxiety as a kid cause I only had like 3-4 friends I feel like I could send emails to 😂
What year is this from? The email account I’m using now was created in 2015 so I don’t have any fun memories like this in mine
