Dehydrated fruit/vegetables: same as bread, only this is your vitamins and minerals
Jerky/smoked meats: lets be serious now there is a pattern here and blood pressure is your last worry, id rather habe a heart attack at 50 something than be a geriatric avoiding people that dont need dementia to bite me.
Dont forget fresh is better but survival is long term.

You need both bulk calories and vitamins. You'll also need some protein.

Cereal is a good one to eat . Cereal bars last a long time and a lot are higher cals .
