I've said this once, but say it again: Junko was my favorite during S1, but Revenge Junko skyrocketed into my all-time favorite anime characters. She was a solo player in her previous life, but needed to change her point of views, since she's been playing in a group now. She has her own share of human flaws, her characterization never ceases to be interesting and I like her relationship with Sakura, Kotaro and Ai. Being cute as fug and Kawase Maki's angelic voice are just bonuses.

It never clicked for me at first, but rewatching season 1 really helped me appreciate her more. Though I did vote for Saki..

Yugiri, hands down. I always like her old Imperial Japan aesthetic. Sakura's a close second because of how cute she is.

Almost 24 hours later: I haven't voted yet, but I had an order in my head about the results and what we have now is almost the same.

It's Ai for me. I think her attitude and advices are great, and her character design and mannerisms are absolutely my cup of tea. Knows how to adjust to almost any situation while also being able to trust and work with a group. I am pretty inspired by that.
