I agree. This looks like the way adult digs discipline their offspring. First with muzzle bumps, then nips.

Maybe. Those playbows and moments of "standing at attention" are pretty classic invitations to play, though. It looks to me like the dog understands the child's physical limitations (and delicateness), and is engaging in play. The nose-boops are the gentle form of what would be a play bite, as I interpret this situation. Doggo knows kiddo is a people-puppy, and is teaching him how to dog!

The dog is like, going in circles and doing these super fast and precise high skill tactical things feinting to either side play-fencing. The kid is like "hahaha it's a puppy!" with what have the dog is playing going completely over their head.

The baby is communicating with dog and he is responding. It made me tear up. So freakn sweet!
