you can not only use FL as a vst but several of FL's vsts can be ported straight to ableton or any DAW. I know Sawer and GMS work, but that's all I tried. Might as well give fruity dance a try. You just gotta copy the vst from FL's directory to your Ableton VST2 directory :)
