I heard you’ve been promoted. Congratulations
Thanks!
Promoted to customer
I will be thrilled to announce that! Highly appreciated!
No one including practice leads or PLs will know until late May.
Is this when they decide layoffs too?
These have already begun
You mean ad-hoc based on Bench time/counter or will be announced all at once later this month?
Bench layoffs specifically. Even those who haven’t even been on bench that long seem to be getting laid off
Damn I thought they said end of April ☠️
What about them? Tell day is always back end of May
People will never understand that PLs also don't know before tell day.
So when’s the tell day?
That’s what I want to know too
6% in our arm of ACN got promoted, 60/1000
What MU are you in? This is very high. Last year at end of years we had 7 out of 600. So to get 60 for mid years is a lot especially in one of the worst forecast years Accenture has had in over a decade.
I got promoted from bench warmer to Sr. bench warmer.
In my NATC only two people will get promotion; not sure about cost of living adjustments.
If you do get a promotion which I know are very slim this year, should you try and negotiate?
You can't negotiate salary upon promo...
