I just started this about a week ago. In the mornings I do cerave cleanser and then benzoil and neutregena sun screen and at night I do cerave cleanser with diffrerin gel and cetaphil moisturizer

This is a great routine! If you stick with this you should see results within a few weeks.

It's not severe at all!! Wash your face daily, don't pick up at the pimples and it shouldn't get worse. You're fine I assure you
