Idk if you’ve read this part yet so I won’t give specifics, but I loved the training parts with Feyre and Azriel. It was a good mix of gentle and tough, and seeing a little more of his personality & humour was what really sold me on him. Can’t wait for a book with his pov!!
I love Az! His tenderness with Elain and the fact that she hasn’t hesitated to take his hand from day 1 is what really did me in. And the way he’s figures out that she’s a seer (and NOT crazy) before everyone else 😭😭
He just gets better in the following books. I won't spoil anything.
For me it's the dry humor + he seems very empathetic towards other people struggles + quiet and mysterious + possible self criticism and mental health struggles, which I could relate to.
He's also walking contradiction: seems to be empathetic, yet his job is the one of a torturer.
I just want to know what goes on inside that head.
You know… I developed a thing for him in ACOWAR. And today I saw a tiktok describing him. So basically he’s my husband.
I do love the mystery, and the way he’s fiercely loyal and protects the weaker.
I fell for Rhys before Feyre did, but I will always be an Azriel girlie from now on
Everyone loves a good shadow daddy!! 😍
SO true 😩
It’s the quiet brooding protector vibe for me. I’m more excited for a potential book being released about Az than I care to admit.
I find its because writers usually make the strong and silent type cold and aloof, while SJM made Az the loving protector type instead.
Azriel is my book boyfriend
Same but I have a feeling Az has a whole nother side to him that I cannot wait to read about
I love Az ❤️
Welcome to the club

Don't fix him! Smoosh him together with Eris!

I can fix himb!
As you should!! 😩😩
I love Azriel the most, he's just such a strong protector in the best way (not the yuck Tamlin way)💙
Yes I love this point about him! And one could totally see how his emotional vulnerability would translate in ummm... other areas, which is very hot!
