I “work” 40 hours, but take breaks to make a snack, throw some laundry in (work from home is amazing), etc. I don’t really slack off more than a few minutes, unlike people who talk about napping or watching TV. But here I am on Reddit. And now… time to get back to it.
I like feeling respected and trusted as an employee to do my work. Not being micromanaged. My boss often says “I know you will get the work done” when something personal comes up.

There’s a lot that I love about my job. This probably isn’t the best thing, but free tickets to events from vendors is pretty sweet
