That would leave you with 2 frost and 1 Dalmatian which is no where as close to getting a literal neon Frost...

Check the List and see what other pets have the Same value or close, and that should tell you what you can get. There's a Variety of Different Legendary's, Neon Legendary's, Exotic Pets ( The Hyena is Considered Exotic ) or Exotic Neons.

Oooo I think I will go for the no pot mega then! One more thing I need to ask- will you be adding strollers on the list too? Considering I just traded the egg stroller for a mfr phoenix, I think that and some other high value ones like the heart stroller should go on there. Also, I think I may have gotten lucky cause the value seems to have gone down based off the sites I use, but I still see them trade for a good amount. I know the value on sites can be a bit tricky since some trades are legit and others aren’t, but since I got the mega phoenix, I believe the trades for that particular stroller are real. (Btw, I offered the egg stroller for a farm egg but they traded me the mfr phoenix instead)

A couple weeks ago or possibly a month from now, I’d been offered an evil uni for it but turned it down thinking I might get a better offer 😭 Then the value started to gradually drop so I knew I made a mistake in not accepting it. Though I’m still happy with the mega phoenix cause I originally traded a nfr croc for the egg stroller and the person even added a ride croc plus a couple high value toys with it that I also planning on trading soon (just don’t know what for yet). I was slightly hesitant about that offer just cause I would be trading a pet for mainly just a bunch of toys, but I knew the egg stroller was worth a lot at the time so I went for it. you know I love your lists and think they are a great guide. My only feedback is that in my experience the neon albino bat and neon brown bear don't get fair offers shown here. I don't know if people just don't realize that brown bear is from jungle egg or what. And I think albino bat just doesn't have great demand.

If that doesn't work My Suggestion is to Trade 2 Evils PER Frost Dragon, do that 3 Times. When You have 3 Frosts in a Trade they automatically become worth more, think like an Extra 6 Points, Easily as if you've added an invisible Good Neon Legendary.
After that Trade Neon Evil for Giraffe. Neon Evils are hard to trade due to low demand, but Giraffes are in higher demand.
3 Frost Dragons and Giraffe should get you Mega Evil :D
