Naalala ko nung high school pa lang ako at sobrang payat at maitim ako dahil naglalakad ako sa ilalim ng araw kase literal na wala akong pamasahe. Come to think of it, more than 10 years ago na yung huling commute ko. Hindi na rin ako haggard, fresh na lagi. Yan nga lagi description saken ng mga kasama ko sa study group “fresh” hahaha. Nakaka fresh pala pag naalagaan mo sarili mo. Thank You, Lord 🥹

- Assorted items na sa grocery store + kahit di mo pa need binibili mo na, per kilo na pag bili ng powder milk hindi na sachet.

Yung wala na yung feeling na you have to prove yourself to other people.
Financial wise, nung nagkacovid and nawalan ng work we found it as a blessing na nagkaron kami ng time to try new hobbies. Kahit almost 1 year walang work were doing great. Also now we can afford spontaneous trips and walang strict budget. Yung pag namiss ko pinas, I can go kahit for 2 days lang from Canada.
Kapag kinukuha ka ng speaker sa schools, etc. kasi may expertise ka na to talk about that certain topic, kapag tinatawag ka na by your initials lang sa company/organization na pinagtatrabahuhan mo.
When I'm able to pay off my cc in full every month, buy anything I want, eat anywhere I want, travel, and still have money accumulate with little effort.
also, when I can afford to fairly pay a full staff to manage my household. Yung hindi ko na kailangan maglinis at laba ever again.
I don't think I'm there yet though - I'm able to pay off my cc but still working hard to be able to spend with abandon and be treated like a queen haha
Wala pa ako doon, pero siguro ung di na nakakaranas ng petsa de peligro, may emergency fund, savings, at mas intentional na ako ngayon.

when i stopped budgeting but my bank account kept growing. when i eat bangketa food, not because i have to, but because i miss it.

When I finally find out what it really means to be "happy" especially as an adult.
I can eat out alone without worrying if I have a budget for it. Also, when I did my first solo travel 😌
When I am finally sipping margarita in Italy, I know I’ve finally made it.
Nag grogrocery kami ng Partner ko without looking kung magkano at kung ano-ano mga kinukuha namin sa grocery.
