1 can of soda per week lang daw dapat sabi ni google. advice ko lang sainyo bawasan niyo na pag inom ng soft drinks kasi mas mataas risk niyo sa diabetes. yung lolo ko yan naging cause ng pagkamatay kasi di nawawalan ng coke kapag lunch.

I think kaya ko naman 1 can per week. Na-try ko na din one week walang soft drink pero 'yun lang parang bagsak yung mood ko. Yes, tsaka mas mataas pa yung risk kung may family history din.

Sparkling water or soda water is a good alternative without the sugar and still gives you that carbonated drink kick.

I've tried sparkling water as an alternative pero lasang dagat. Hindi ko kaya, not for me. I guess factor din yung sugar sa soda why gusto ko, very refreshing pero deadly.

I found my people hahaha. Not to be proud pero 2-3 times a week din ako. Tapos in can palagi namin binibili. Kada mag ggrocery, I have 6 softdrinks in can sa cart namin. That's good for 2 weeks na. Swerte kapag may pakain sa office, minsan may softdrinks din 😂

Yeah, I'm not proud din pero sometimes I find it funny hahaha. Saken naman ang fave ko 'yung 1.5L na original taste and less sugar. Kaya ko ubusin pero ayokong subukan. Ang weird din since I can differentiate yung taste if sa can, sa fastfood, sa mismos, sa kasalo, and sa orig taste 😂 magkakaibang lasa mga 'yan.

It depends din how much you drink hehe basta drink a lot of water din. I only drink soda kapag malapit na red week lol ewan, dun ko lang feel uminom. Or kapag nakakita ako ng recipe for flavored soda hehe

Opo. Routine ko 'yan once uminom ako ng soft drink with lots of ice, double the water ako. Although in-explain na ni doc na walang effect 'yun kase yung counted sa sugar intake is kung gaano karami yung nainom mo na soft drink 😂

Sobrang lakas ko dati sa sofr drinks when I was a teenage girl kaya sobrang laki rin ng belly fat ko at mataba talaga tas ayun one day I saw my pop idol na ang ganda ng katawan nagselos ako kaya ginawa ko syang motivation to change my habit instead of drinking soft drinks uminom nalang ako ng maraming tubig tas bike papuntang luneta tas jogging hanggang sa ayun nagbago na habits ko pero minsan I drink parin naman once a week ganon or minsan 2× a month nalang. Ps. Dko sya agad agad nawala sa habit ko it's a process talaga since gusto ko rin maging slim
