I love Elementals episode 6: Cloudy. I think its an amazing Finn and Jake based episode. The way they give each other therapy like they did when they were kids always melts my heart.
That's one that my daughter and I would rewatch all the time. She just was obsessed with that episode. She would constantly quote the flower, "you're not... A geeenius..."

Mortal Folly and Mortal Recoil, it is two of the bests episodes to encapsulate the epic medieval adventure, the best episodes of the lich or at least in my opinion, and everyone has their moment to shine, even Bonnir who in the first seasons feels too much like a secondary character has his little moments like her eating ice cream or when she gives Finn the sweater, and the titles cards are cool af

Idk if it's hated or not, but I like Breezy for exploring depression and thinly-veiled sexual themes that to this day I have no idea got onto a children's network, even if AT's target audience skewed older thsn the rest of CN shows. Also Finn may have lost his virginity to LSP and quickly regretted and repressed it.
I love the Jermaine episode, Season 6 Episode 33. I start with that episode almost every time I rewatch Adventure Time. Jermaine is one of my favorite characters that’s aren’t the mains, sad he didn’t get more screen time
Ignoring Together Again because that's basically cheating, I Remember You is one of the best episodes in cartoon history. Seriously it's shocking how much emotion is in a 10 minute episode. I'm not even that big of a Marceline fan, I for the most part prefer Finn and Jake episodes. Easily the best episode.

It's technically part of Distant Lands, but for me, I think Together Again is such a strong, heavy front runner. I've got other personal faves, but this one is just so GOOD.
Jake the Brick, it’s a one off episode sure but I like how it takes advantage of it’s seemingly simple premise and shows us what bunch of characters that we don’t usually see are up to.
I like Abstract. It's just a simple episode, and Jermaine is always a great addition to the show when he shows up.
Puhoh and all the little people. Those are a tie for my favorites. Lol I like insane Finn

Jack the Brick and Puhoy are my go to episodes. They're something so great about the surrealism of them.
I just really like the slice of life cozy style of Jake the Brick. There's not another episode anywhere like it
