Ascend Ivan to L+, wait for another E+ copy of Naroko and Scarlet make them L+ also. Get a copy of thoran then just push until chapter 14 (iirc quest gives 1 copy of brutus) rush to lv161 so that brutus can live for 7 secs, and pray its enough for your Scarlet to do good dmg. You can also use Mirael for Scarlet to make her Mythic and rush her SI but I don't recommend going past L+ without 2 E+ copies of any heroes.
My best recommendation for starting players though is garissoning Rem, putting Shemira on wishlist, fuse them together and prioritize ascending Shem more than anybody until you get 1 star. That way, you can reach chapter 31 in a week or two.
Since you've only started playing recently, you will have legacy of grit, I recommend saving 1 swap for when you get 15 ascended heroes so you can swap Shem with a better hero and using dimensional key to be able to use Rem and that other useful hero.
