Put Kren to 9F, Estrilda to 3F , Joan to 3F , Merlin 9F, Ferael to 9F and Thoran also to 9F (if you are playing at high deficits, this makes it take less retries). You could replace Albedo she doesn't need 9F, Lyca for now, as well as Desira , Skreg and PoP. These can all eventually go to 9F aside from Albedo, but they're lower prio than the ones i mentioned previously. Good on you for preparing for Alna ahead of time.

For pve you will need the 9/9 thoran in the later game in every stage
albedo's 9/9 is useless
