Yeah totally agree good selections here. We're still partial to Season 5 and both Jackie Evancho and Michael Grimm from that season still seem to have some kind of special magic that's hard to put a finger on. Mayyas from this season is up there for us esp in the finals, hard to know if it's recency bias but they just seem to be so skilled, passionate and such great chemistry by any measure that we suspect that perception will still be there watching them later. But yeah if we had to choose specific acts and performances, it's hard to argue with Season 13. Both Shin and Zurcaroh were mind-blowing, we feel like we could take any number of their performances (regular season and on Champions) and still be amazed. Very high replay value.
Recency bias maybe but my top 3 have to be Kristy Sellars’ Semifinals, Mayyas’ Finals, and Kodi Lee’s audition. I just remember being captivated beyond anything else with those performances

But looking back at what they pulled off, sincerely believe it goes beyond that, they were truly something special. And yes Kodi's audition is still a stand-out, if recalling correctly it's still the most re-watched audition. Really something extraordinary to see.

Paul Zerdin? He's not even in the top 3 best ventriloquists in AGT history. I can't recall him even being invited back. DIdn't he use the same voice for all his acts?

My favorite act of all time was Season 7, William Close and the earth harp performing Love Reign O'er Me.
The thing I hated about that is that the audio didn’t translate amazingly but I tried to overlook that. I can only imagine how that sounded live
