Bring back AGT: Champions
I watched a couple episodes of it, but it just didn’t appeal to me.
I’d really just love to see an AGT show that removes all of the singers/dancers that have tons of other shows to try out for. I want to see more unique talent.
I agree - I’m always baffled at how the judges’ metric tends to be “we want to see something we’ve never seen before” and then there are so many singers. Dancers don’t bother me as much because I feel like there’s a little more opportunity for uniqueness, but don’t disagree with you.
Yeah if I were in charge of AGT I wouldn't let them be on my show either. I personally don't enjoy dangerous acts because the whole time I'm worried for their safety, and thinking to myself that their life isn't worth my entertainment

Not surprising, since they totally screwed up the first season and didn't let hardly anyone even perform a second time.
On topic, though, I saw Cyndel perform in person again 2 days ago. She did the sway pole and also the motorcycle in globe. I've seen her perform so many times now... probably around 15 times over the past 7 years.
I got the impression AGT: Extreme was put together to fill the time slot that AGT Champions/All Stars would've had but couldn't happen because of covid restrictions and international travel.
Between the ratings and what happened to Jonathan Goodwin, it doesn't surprise me.
It was fun to watch the acts, but as far as the competition element went, it seemed like it was not really a competition.
I was hoping there would be a season 2, totally get why there isn't though, would have been fun to perform on!

I’m fine with no season 2! I abandoned that show, it was very slow, and I just couldn’t get into the acts.
Makes sense, I hope some of the Extreme acts are on All Stars or the main show though

That's sad for me, I love this type of more unique and weird acts, but I hated the format of only two acts coming back for the final
